Skateboarding shot at 120 fps with a Red One Camera
This is some pretty amazing slow-mo footage of random dudes skating steps at 120 frames per second–compare that to a normal SD/HD camera at just shy of 30 fps. They are being filmed with a “Red One” HD camera. It’s a cheap (relatively speaking) pro HD camera. Just the camera body retails for around $17.5K. The price will go up once you add lenses and accessories. Yeah, that’s cheap considering other pro HD cameras at 5 to 10 times that price.
Here’s some footage from Vimeo

I would really like to see the uncompressed/raw footage of this but this is still pretty amazing stuff.
Here are some more examples of what the Red One can do.
Milk Girls: A Quicktime movie of 2 women eating and drinking milk on a movie/tv set. I think this is over a year old but gives you a good idea of the quality of this camera.

A big thanks to EuropeSkate.com for the info
